Karimnagar, November 24:
Former Lok Sabha member Gotte Bhupathi’s wife, Gotte Shanta (76), passed away on Sunday due to health complications. Bhupathi served as the Lok Sabha member from Peddapalli, and their eldest son, Sudheer Babu, is serving as the Rachakonda Police Commissioner. Their younger son, Suman Babu, is a lawyer in Karimnagar.
Many political leaders expressed their condolences following Shanta’s death.
Bhupathi, originally from Tangallapalli in the Siricilla district, had been residing in Karimnagar for some time.
